These Rules and Regulations apply to the Giveaway/Contest being run by TRAILER PARKS CANADA (the “Contest”).

The Contest is open to residents of Ontario who are 19 years of age or older, but excluding employees, directors and officers of TRAILER PARKS CANADA, any affiliate (as defined in the Canada Business Corporations Act) of TRAILER PARKS CANADA (the “Affiliates”), employees, directors and officers any organization sponsoring the Contest, employees, directors and officers of their respective advertising and promotional agencies, as well as family members of any of the foregoing.

How to Enter and Win

Visit https://trailerparkscanada.com/rv-show-contest for specific instructions on how to enter and win the Contest. The Prize Package Winner will be announced Monday, March 6, 2023 and the Deadline to enter is Sunday, March 5, 2023 at 9:00pm EST. The winner will be selected through a random draw.

The Prize Package

The Prize Package includes a $50 LCBO Gift Card, 1 Men’s Mountain Bike, 1 Women’s Mountain Bike, 1 Custom Toronto Maple Leafs Muskoka Chair, 1 Custom Toronto Blue Jays Muskoka Chair, 1 OptiShot 2 Golf Simulator, and 1 Trailer Parks Canada Prize Pack.

The Prize Package Value

The approximate retail value of each Prize Package is $2,000.

Claiming Prize Package

Prize Package winner must claim their Prize Package from the TRAILER PARKS CANADA Office, located in Newmarket, Ontario. If the winner is within 50km of the TRAILER PARKS CANADA office, arrangements for pickup can be arranged.

Deadline for Claiming Prize Package

Prize Package winner must claim the Prize Package within two (2) days of winning – by March 8 , 2023. If the Prize Package winner fails either to claim the Prize Package or inform of his or her inability to claim the Prize Package before the Deadline, his or her entry will be forfeited, and another eligible entrant will be selected.

Only one entry per person is permitted for the Contest. Multiple entries will be discarded. Entrants will be required to show valid identification when claiming any Prize Package, and entrants who breach this condition of entry will be disqualified.

Chances of Winning

Chances of winning depend on the number of entries received.

No Representations or Warranties

TRAILER PARKS CANADA does not make any representation or offers any warranty, express or implied, as to the quality or fitness of any Prize Package. All Prize Package winners understand and acknowledge that he or she may not seek reimbursement or pursue any legal or equitable remedy from TRAILER PARKS CANADA should the Prize Package be unsatisfactory to the Prize Package winner.

By entering the Contest, each entrant, including the Prize Package winners, consents to the use of his or her name, city of residence, photograph, voice, likeness, image or any other aspect of his or her personality for any publicity and programming purposes, commercial or otherwise, in all media used by TRAILER PARKS CANADA the Sponsor(s), promoters and their advertising and promotional agencies, without any payment or compensation. The Prize Package winner further agrees that his or her reaction may be used for promotional purposes. The entrants understand and acknowledge that TRAILER PARKS CANADA may contact him or her without prior knowledge as a result of his or her participation in the Contest.

Consent to Collection and Use of Personal Information

By entering the Contest and voluntarily providing personal information including, but not limited to, name, address, city, email address, telephone number, (the “Registrant Information”), each Contestant grants permission to TRAILER PARKS CANADA to the collection and use of the Registrant Information to be added into our promotional materials, and for the purpose of administering the Contest and selecting the Prize Package winner.
